Person Keehan worked really hard to sell our property for us. They were incredibly supportive and responsive in both their action and communication, which was essential in helping us to successfully exchange and complete as required. It’s been a bit of a walk, for around a year, trying to buy our dream home and relocate from London down to the Southern coastal line, ideally within Brighton’s area. Well, at this very moment, we’re writing this review from the comfort of our new home!

Dealing with various estate agents, I can confidently say it has not been easy from when initially booking viewings all the way through.

Some would manipulate, deliberately not been clear in communication (ie: use double meaning words), slow with responses, or simply lie to you in the face (one falsely claimed that some sellers, elderly couple, were moving in with family members, to convince us that their property would be chain-free as we were as buyers)

We came across some with irrational approaches refusing us to take videos or photos in “occupied” properties, during viewings, so we could refer when we’re back home. Yet, the property’s photos are being seen by the entire country on marketing portals!!!!

Well, dealing with Pearson and keehan, in our opinion, was the contrarily of the above negative points, and certainly has been one of the best experiences we’ve had!

I really believe it wouldn’t have felt right giving a 1- or 2-minute online review about them in return to their outstanding service during the last five months of the purchase process.

So, thank you Marcie, for being approachable and smily during our viewing, to you, Chris, during the negotiation phase, and Amy for the great communication and prompt responses.
And big thank you for the bouquet of flowers, presented to us when picking up the keys for our New Home!
