Chris Pearson

Director

With a rich history spanning over 17 years in the property industry at the vibrant heart of Brighton & Hove, Chris has cultivated the expertise and insight to emerge as one of the city’s most esteemed agents.

Boasting an impressive track record in both sales and lettings, Chris has overseen the transactions of some of the largest and most valuable homes in the area. His passionate and personable approach reflects a genuine willingness to assist in any way possible.

Beyond his standing with the general public, Chris is highly regarded throughout the industry. When he manages to tear himself away from work, he prioritises spending quality time with his wife and kids. Additionally, he stays active by engaging in activities such as playing football and running, with an impressive record of completing several half and full marathons. This dual commitment to both personal and professional aspects of life defines Chris’s well-rounded and dedicated approach.

Kevin Keehan

Director

After starting off in estate agency 15 years ago, Kevin has mainly worked in the property investment and development sector, having overseen the formation of a large Brighton and Hove based property portfolio from the ground up. Having acquired many properties throughout the city, he has a keen eye for a property’s worth whether it be for sale or to let and understands the complexities of buying, selling and managing properties of all kinds.

Kevin’s forward-thinking approach and work ethic comes second nature to him, with both his parents having worked in estate agency. He enjoys nothing more than match-making prospective buyers with their dream homes.

When torn away from the office, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his two sons. Like his boys, Kevin has a keen football interest, having had a successful non-league football career and is also chairman of local grass roots football team, Seagulls FC. He is also an avid runner having completed five marathons. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kevin was one half of the creation of #Run5K4NHS, the charity appeal that raised money for the wellbeing of NHS staff.

Tom Rand

Lettings Director

Tom joined the estate agent industry in 2011 where he worked alongside his father, Graham Rand, as a co-director in the family run lettings agency Rand & Co.

In 2022, Tom joined Pearson Keehan as director and partner in lettings, where he now heads up the department and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Tom is very hands on dealing with the day-to-day running’s associated with managing a large rental portfolio.

After finishing up his playing days as a goalkeeper in non-league football, Tom enjoys the odd round of Golf and spending time with his wife and two children.

Amy Newman

Director

Amy is a highly regarded estate agent with over 12 years of experience specialising in the sale of premium homes in the local area. A lifelong resident of Hove, Amy’s deep-rooted connection to the community is evident in her strong network of relationships, built through years of dedicated service and a personal touch that keeps clients coming back.

Educated at St Andrews Primary and Blatchington Mill schools, Amy combines local knowledge with a professional approach that sets her apart in the property market. Her expertise, coupled with her ability to understand and anticipate her clients’ needs, has earned her a reputation as one of the area’s most trusted property professionals.

Amy now heads up our brand-new Seven Dials office in Brighton, bringing her experience and energy to an exciting new chapter for our team and clients in the city

Symon Pettifer-Back

Senior Sales Manager

With over 10 years in the property industry, Symon has always worked in his hometown of Brighton & Hove building up a fantastic reputation in helping people buy and sell.

Outside of work, he lives life with passion and purpose. A lifelong lover of football and music, he finds joy in the beautiful game and the power of a good tune. He’s been lucky enough to travel far and wide, exploring cultures and collecting memories from around the world. But no matter where he goes, his heart always comes back to what matters most and that’s his family. Symon is a proud father to two beautiful daughters who inspires him every single day.

Marcie Moll

Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Marcie has recently joined the Pearson Keehan team as a Sales and Lettings negotiator and is enjoying getting to know the property world in her hometown of Brighton & Hove, where she grew up and attended local school, Cardinal Newman. Previously, Marcie soared the skies as an air hostess with British Airways, navigating the world and embracing a number of different cultures. Now firmly grounded in the world of real estate, she brings the same level of enthusiasm and dedication to finding dream homes for our clients.

When Marcie is not unlocking the door to your next home, you will find her revelling in her passion for football. Marcie also enjoys keeping fit, whether that’s hitting the gym, running or keeping up appearances at Pilates classes.

Away from the hustle of the office and the energy of the football stadium, Marcie cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.

James McCartney

Senior Negotiator

James brings over eight years of experience in the property industry and is a highly regarded estate agent specialising in both sales and lettings across the vibrant Brighton & Hove area. Known for his in-depth local knowledge and approachable manner, he has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service to his clients. Professional, committed, and genuinely passionate about property, he takes pride in making the moving process as smooth and successful as possible. Outside of work, James enjoys watching football and spending time with friends and family.

Karina Vengere

Sales Negotiator

Karina brings energy and enthusiasm to her role as Sales Negotiator, with a real passion for helping buyers find their perfect home. She loves showcasing some of the city’s best properties and takes pride in guiding people through such an important milestone with care and attention.

Known for her approachable nature, Karina enjoys building strong relationships and making the buying process as smooth as possible. Outside of work, she can often be found exploring Hove’s food scene, socialising with friends, or relaxing at home with her cat, Diva!
